3.26.26 - Hole’s bad
After the night passes, Meanie’s departure is discovered. Tiny is traumatized but is handling it. The party descends to the bottom of the tower, fighting 2 exploding flame creatues on the way. Discovering the crevasse to be melted by both lava and superheated air, the group chose arson and burned down the tower.
2.26.26 - Meanie’s Trial
Meanie finds himself in a liminal space with the avatar of his patron, a Pegasus. The Pegasus is being attacked by A black cloaked figure, wearing a silver gauntlet and carrying a warhammer. Meanie rescues the Pegasus, who tells him to “seek the Dawn”. Meanie leaves the group, headed toward the rising sun.
2.19.26 - Crit Fail Forward
The party defeats the last remaining guards (despite one of them being very annoying - 3 nat 1’s). After a brief discussion of dolphin anatomy, they observe a group of small creatures made of ash and fire that are clearing and widening a path deeper into the center of the hill (one nat 1) . The party returns to the courtyard and speaks with Gariena, an actual druid who came hoping to help bring balance to the elements (2 nat 1’s).
2.12.26 - I’m better than insulting dogs
The fight continues, as a hellhound appears and additional guards join the fight! Meanie casts a Celestial Consumption spell, as Axel is “compelled” to attack enemies?
2.5.26 - He’s hitting on my sister!
The party arrives to Scarlet Moon Hall. Tiny sneaks ahead to see what the looming figure at the hill is, discovering its a 30 foot tall wicker statue with a burning flame in the center. She Misty Steps to the shoulder, speaking to the flame in the chest. She is attacked by the disguised Flame Priests in the courtyard!
1.29.26 - Bood
The party is attacked by a group of bandits, who claim to be followers of Olhydra (the Mistress of the Black Tide). One bandit is recognized by Horson, who calls him “Horson the Black”, a nickname given to him by the Airship’s. They continue on their travel to the Scarlet Moon Hall accompanying the wagon merchants. The merchants are going to attend the druid circle and according to them ”… get nekkid, dance, and drink”.
1.22.26 - Foot in mouth
Departing Summit Hall, the party encounters a small group of orcs. The party quickly dispatches them after trying to sneak around.
Camping that night, a discussion of honesty leads to drinking and drunkenness (for some)!
The next day, the party encounters a caravan of cloth traders attempting to fjord the Dessarin river. After “helping” fix a wagon wheel, a figure with the denticles of a shark steps into view!
1.15.26 - I know… that you know… that I know!
The party completes their rest in Summit Hall, and learns more about Bastian Thermandar. He has some connection to Axel’s background, and was involved in the Mirabar travelers coming to the Sumber Hills. Axel speaks “privately” with Rhundorth (while being obviously spied upon by Cordelia’s pidgeon and Tiny). Tiny has a spar against Lady Ushien Stormbanner, narrowly losing after a good fight!
1.8.26 - Platanists
Leaving the Sacred Stone Monastery, the party heads towards Summit Hall. On the way, they meet a group of refugees including three Platanists! They arrive at Summit Hall, and receive money and treasure for rescuing Rhundorth and the other prisoners.
